背景：几个月前这个活动机子官方说由于亏损不能续费了，提供给用户退款服务 
刚刚偶然间在隔壁看到有人的这个机子迁移到了其他产品线，并且可以继续活动价续费还升级了配置，我就去发工单问了一下，回工单一分钟左右就回了，这个服务效率还是挺给力的。
