今天copilot到期了，我又如同往常一样，准备用谷歌邮箱无限别名的方式来注册新的github账号，从而白嫖三十天的copilot。 
但是当我设置完github的账单地址以后，提示 
You can’t proceed with your payment 
Your account has been flagged. Because of that, your account is ineligible for transactions with GitHub. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your account status reviewed.

不开代理的环境，和开了代理的环境都试过了，两个号全被风控了。但是我的代理环境不是很干净，不知道有没有佬试试是不是我代理的问题
