Mac开启Apple AI比较简单，有一个非国服Apple ID就行，然后MacOS升级到15.1。
一键开启：

然后：
登录美区 Apple ID
将地区设置为美国，并将英语设置为首选语音
将英语（美国）设置为 Siri 语言
进入设置 App > “Apple Intelligence & Siri”，点击 “Join Apple Intelligence Waitlist” 按钮。
等待一段时间， 会变成Preparing，会下载LLM数据
再过一段时间，收到 “Apple Intelligence...
