刚过了一个学生包，结果 Github 账单信息就被锁了，理由是出口贸易限制。 
账单地址被锁定为学校，且不让修改。Copilot 也不让开通，报错见下。 
之前也开过学生包，没遇到这问题。难道说学校被老美制裁了不成？ 
按网上说法，俄罗斯那边好像有不少类似情况。 
已经提工单了，看看 GitHub 那边作何回应。
