反代 WorkBuddy、AutoClaw、Qoder 中的模型到 DSH 

最近折腾了一下 EasyCLIProxyAPI 的 FreeTier 2API 插件，把 WorkBuddy、AutoClaw、Qoder 这些账号里的模型反代出来，统一接到 DSH（DeepSeek Harness）里用，顺手记一下过程。我的环境是 Windows，界面或选项可能会随版本变化。
