如题 想知道gpt能不能退款 
起因是公司原本说可以报销2个20x 但是最近50x出了 我就想着干脆直接一个50x好了 
但是购买之后说不给报 那就只能退款了 
有什么退款的渠道吗 
我在 help.openai.com 上跟ai battle退款 它给了我一个这样的答复 但是一直没有收到邮件联系
