我这边执行的时候经常遇到: 
HTTP 500 
Post “https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses”: stream error: stream ID 1; PROTOCOL_ERROR; received from peer 
这个有什么办法规避吗？总是半夜出现问题。 如果有人的话，直接输入 继续 就可以了。
