这次事故从 9 月 17 日 15:20 UTC（北京时间 23:20） 开始。截至你现在问我的 9 月 18 日凌晨 1:35（UTC+8），官方还没有公布根因，也还没有宣布修复。

有人报告 Cloud Agent 出现 ConnectError: internal error，Cloud Agent 环境列表直接报 500 Internal Server Error，甚至新建 Cloud Agent 后几秒就消失
