这几天给一个项目尝试申请个Jetbrains 的开源 License 但被拒了，因为 Jetbrains 回复邮件说，项目必须在申请之前过去六个月中，每个月都包含有效的代码提交记录才符合申请条件。 
而去年这个条件还是三个月，因为去年我的申请是通过了审核的，去年这个项目我印象中提交的代码就集中在最后三个月。
