我是中行万事达白金，争议理由如下：


我于2026/07/xx使用中国银行万事达信用卡（尾号xxxx）充值10英镑激活了xx的服务，2026/07/xx我收到xx邮件，对方以我“漫游时间远超临时漫游的合理范围”为由对我的账户断开服务，并拒绝退款。
