按以下步骤卸载： 

切换到其他输入法。
打开「系统设置 → 键盘 → 文本输入 → 编辑」，选中微信输入法并点击 －。
打开“终端”，执行：

pkill -x WeType
sudo rm -rf "/Library/Input Methods/WeType.app"

如果还要删除词库、设置和缓存，再执行： 
rm -rf \
  "$HOME/Library/Application Support/WeType" \
  "$HOME/Library/WebKit/com.tencent.inputmethod.wetype" \
  "$HOME/Library/Preferences/com.tencent.inputmethod.wetype.plist" \
  "$HOME/Library/Preferences/com.tencent.WeTypeSettings.pl...
