用codex的时候报错：Codex ran out of room in the model's context window. Start a new thread or clear earlier history before retrying. 
以前用plus或者API时都没遇到这个问题，因为之前用的时候上下文长了，codex会自动压缩的，今天出现这个问题还很意外，解决办法就是运行命令/compact，手动压缩一下上下文就行了。
