powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c “irm https://chatgpt.com/codex/install.ps1 | iex”

下载zip 解压到 C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7
创建系统环境变量 C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7
检查用户或系统环境变量是否有

访问
