习惯性使用英文版的Windows，安装了 Windows 11 英文版，安装中文输入法出错，在切换为中文输入时，提示： 
Simplified Chinese IME dictionaries are not ready yet. 
Please check the status from language setting. 
原因是因为： 是因为输入法字典文件在系统中无法找到，需要将中文语言包进行安装。 
通过Windows 11, version 22H2 and 23H2 Language and Optional Features ISO，下载了windows 11 的 FOD 镜像文件，在 iso 文件中，找到了 Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-zh-cn-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab ...
