流程
1.原因：前几天被封了。 
2.方式：首先通过chatGPT问了一下能否退款，看着可以。就让他生成了一分英文申请，我又让它在申请里面提到我差不多使用了半个多月。 
3.去这个地址申请 https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ 之后填写相关信息，这里我选择了“请求退款、其他”。大概一天有结果。
