整件事都是营销号无中生有带节奏，A社根本没做过这个事。 
错误，这个通过时区/域名进行标记的功能，从几个月前就有了，本地让模型扒代码也能完全实锤，官方也发帖承认了，就是干了。 


人家都不对中国提供服务，不在范围无权批评，不让用还在用。 
错误，A社的条款说的是： 


"These Terms... govern Customer's use of Anthropic API keys and any other Anthropic offerings... all related Anthropic tools, documentation and services (the 'Services')."

整份合同的标的，是"使用 Anthropic 的服务/API/Claude"。它是一份服务合同，约束的是用户使用Anthropic服务时该守的规矩。且对于中国地区的限制，是
