如题，想把ollama配置到axonhub里，聚合一下给CC，要不然每次要切换各个渠道有点麻烦了，，， 
想知道要怎么使用好一点，我发现ollama的openai端点好像一直都无法成功访问（无法转换为anthropic协议）。然后axonhub自带的ollama渠道，又不支持流式
