现象描述
今天在复制了一段windows powershell的内容，粘贴到 vscode的codex插件的输入框时，忽然卡住了。然后再次重启vscode，codex插件都无限遇到

或者是 the windows is not responding。 
有时能显示

但这个编辑框还是卡住的状态，整个插件页面也没其他能点击的地方。 
而使用codex cli是能正常运行的。 
config.toml中指向的是本地的cpa,
