不知有没有人跟我一样，隔三差五的论坛管理规则的通知好烦人，基本不会点进去看，但右上角的通知点老让人以为有个人相关的互动，所以弄个简单的规则来屏蔽掉它，顺便把相关帖子也一起干掉，刷论坛更舒服了
