一打开就闪退，codex能打开。vscode打不开了好像我昨天还是啥时候让他修了一下windos的客户端codex调用不了，昨天就开始闪退了 
。。刚刚安装好kiro打开了，然后去安装了个简体中文包（我的系统好像文字包有问题？），然后我点了更换并重启kiro就启动不了了。一打开应用就闪退。。。 
目前codex能打开，vscode打不开。kiro打不开。 
但是codex用不了。没法对话，下面是codex对话报错
