背景是我的 chatgpt codex 登录不知道为什么不行了，总是报错

所以我才用 cpa 的，用一些佬友们发的福利，目前我的账号 chatgpt.com 访问正常 
我装了 cpa，从论坛下载了一些 json 导入进入了，也按照文档都配置了，现在 cherry studio 是可以访问 gpt-5.3-codex 的，但是 codex cli 就是无法访问，我已经调试快两天了，心态崩了。总是显示下面这个

我的代理节点也换过了，还是不行
