我有一个域名注册在 Squarespace，目前托管在 Cloudflare上。 
由于近期考虑续费问题，想要登录 Squarespace 操作。 
我在Gmail中搜索Squarespace，有如下信息，确认该邮箱为Squarespace的登录邮箱。

接下来尝试使用该邮箱以Google方式登录，弹出提示“We didn’t find an account with that email address. Do you want to create an account?” 
然后尝试找回密码，输入上面邮箱，多次发送重置密码后一直收不到邮件。 
也尝试 “Forgot the email address?”，输入域名，也是无法收到邮件。 
有佬友碰到过相同情况的吗，如何处理的？ 
暂时还没尝试 Squarespace 人工介入。
