该平台使用了Azure和OpenAI两个服务商，猜测是服务实例不一致导致的。 
Responses API依赖前序的response id或cache，有azure和openai两个上游服务，多次请求应该始终用同一个，而且要一个api_key或者说一个账户对应的，a账户不能指定b...
