[error] Error fetching vscode://codex/open-in-targets: Error: open-in-target not supported in extension

最近更新之后每次对话都会有这个错误日志，无论是5.2还是5.2-codex。 
搜了一下也没搜明白这玩意是干嘛的，也不知道有没有什么影响。 
各位有遇到类似的问题吗？
