cc cli 改代码总是报错 
File has been unexpectedly modified. Read it again before attempting to write it. 
有遇到这种问题的佬吗？ 
或者有什么解决方案

我只开启了一个 终端直接进入文件夹 执行 claude 
没有开其他东西 就一直报错 
模型使用的opus 4.5
