正在用codex 编码，突然就报Connection failed: error sending request for url (https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses)，chatgpt.com 也访问不了了，但是谷歌可以正常访问， 
我是被封了吗？或者说为啥我被封了呢？求助
