az的gpt-5-codex，只能Response API好难受啊 
我感觉不应该，它都有设置API version，不知道我哪里搞错了。。想知道佬友们Response API的 az 咋配的
或者有没有其他 az转openai的 服务，可以走Response的啊。。。（🤦‍♂️）
