Please note that if you exceed 50 sessions per month, we may limit your access to Claude. Each session includes any messages sent within 5 hours from the first initiated chat. 
每个session 就是某个时刻开始对话时计数，session +1，维持5个小时。之后再对话，继续这样计数。一个月50次，所以这样工作尽量得集中在一个时间段，一天尽量不要超过2个。 
而且也非常不方便拼车，你不能控制其他人什么时间点使用。 
目前看到针对的是Max， 
pro没有限制 。
